Shipment coordination & fulfilment

Storage, packing and dispatch, confirmed in writing.

A coordinator arranges storage, packing and dispatch. The written confirmation names the facility.

What it is

Shipment coordination and fulfilment means a Crownline coordinator arranges storage, packing and handoff to a carrier. The written confirmation names the facility and what is included. Crownline does not publish a warehouse count.

Who it suits

  • Online sellers who want storage and packing arranged for them
  • Businesses that need goods held, then dispatched as orders arrive

How it works

  1. Describe the goods. Tell us what would be stored, typical order sizes and where orders should go.
  2. Review. A coordinator checks the facility, the handling and the documents.
  3. Confirm. You receive the facility name, the price and the conditions in writing before anything is booked.
  4. Dispatch and track. Each dispatch receives a reference and a private tracking code.

Information we need

  • What will be stored, and roughly how much
  • Typical order size, weight and destination countries
  • How orders will be sent to Crownline
  • Any packing or labeling you need named on the confirmation

Good to know

  • The facility is named on the confirmation. It is not implied by the photographs.
  • Transport after dispatch is quoted as its own service unless the confirmation includes it.
